Weekly site pack
The bundle of records a site produces every week: the site diary, inspections, toolbox talks, permits, plant checks, incidents and near misses, progress and labour, assembled for the client, the principal contractor or the file.
Most principal contractors ask their subcontractors for a weekly return, and most clients ask the principal contractor for one: what happened this week, evidenced.
