What it is and what it costs

What is SiteLynx?

Site compliance software for UK contractors. RAMS, QA inspections, safety and gate audits, permits to work, toolbox talks, site diary, plant, incidents, snags, inductions, documents and accreditation readiness: 17 modules, one login, signed by your crew on their phones. It replaces the folder in the site cabin and the spreadsheet in the office.

How much does it cost?

Solo is £12 a month for one user. Team is £29 for up to five people. Business is £69 for up to fifteen. Company is £149 for up to forty. Pay annually and you get two months free. There are no per-seat surprises and no add-ons: the plans differ by team size, not by what you get.

Does every plan include every module?

Yes. All 17 modules are in every plan, including Solo. You pick a plan by how many people need to log in.

Is there a free trial?

Fourteen days, no card. Everything works during the trial; the only difference is that PDFs carry a trial watermark until you subscribe. If it is not for you, you have lost an afternoon at most.

Do I have to book a demo or take a sales call?

No. There are no demos and no sales calls, which is one of the reasons it costs what it does. Sign up, see for yourself. If you want to look first without signing up, the module walkthroughs on the how-it-works page are the real product being used.

Why is it so much cheaper than Procore or Fieldwire?

Their floor is a sales and support payroll. Ours is not. We pointed AI at the paperwork and passed the saving on, and we do not spend money chasing you. Comparative pricing on this site quotes competitors' published rates.

Using it on site

Can my operatives sign RAMS and audits on their phones?

Yes. Share a link or use the Lynx OP app on the App Store. They sign with a finger, and the time and location are recorded against the document. Works on a tablet or a laptop too.

What are the 1,200 references?

BS, EN and NHBC references, COSHH substances, HAVS tools and noise sources preloaded into the checklists, each with what to look for, the acceptance criteria and the common defects. It is why a SiteLynx QA sheet asks the right questions for the trade instead of giving you a blank grid. You can browse the whole library on the explore page without signing up.

Does the AI write my RAMS for me?

It drafts. Type the job and the trade, and it writes the scope, suggests the hazards and controls from the library and lays out the method steps. You review it, change what is wrong for your site and sign it off. AI helps you draft; you are the competent person. It is not a substitute for professional judgement.

Does it work with no signal?

The field app is built for site conditions. Work is captured on the device and syncs when the signal returns. Do not plan on a livestream from a basement, but a RAMS sign-off in a plant room is fine.

Can I put my own branding on the PDFs?

Yes. Your logo, your company details, your colours on every document once you are subscribed. During the trial the PDFs carry a watermark.

Accreditation, contracts and leaving

Will SiteLynx get me CHAS or SSIP accredited?

No, and be suspicious of anyone who says their software will. CHAS is assessed by Veriforce and the other SSIP schemes by their own assessors. What SiteLynx does is show you where you stand against the criteria, build the evidence pack and check it before you submit. Readiness, not a pass. The assessor decides.

Is there a contract or a notice period?

No. Monthly plans cancel any time from the billing page and stop at the end of the period you have paid for. Annual plans run for the year you bought. No exit fee, no phone call to cancel.

What happens to my documents if I leave?

Every document downloads as a PDF at any time, so you never depend on us to have them. Download what you need before you close the account and they are yours.

Who built it?

Site Lynx Group Ltd, in the UK. It was built by a commercial manager who prices million-pound steelwork packages and got sick of the paperwork, not by a software company guessing what a site needs. Questions go to info@site-lynx.co.uk and a real person answers.

Is it for main contractors or subcontractors?

Both. Most customers are firms of one to forty people doing the work: steel, roofing, groundworks, M&E, joinery, gates, fit-out. Larger contractors running fifteen or more on a site have their own page under Business.
