Daily Site Diary
One-sheet-per-day site record — personnel, plant, deliveries, progress, delays and H&S. Your contemporaneous record for claims.
The daily diary that is also your evidence if an extension-of-time or loss-and-expense claim follows. Captures weather, personnel and hours, plant on/off hire, deliveries and visitors, works carried out, delays and disruptions (with cause and time lost), instructions received, and health/safety/environmental observations — with a manager sign-off line. One sheet per day.

How to use it
- Download the Word file and put your company name, the site and the date at the top.
- Work through every section. Delete what does not apply and write in what does. A template nobody has edited is the first thing an inspector notices.
- Get it signed by the people it covers, keep the signed copy with the job, and put a review date in the diary.
