You can delete your SiteLynx account and personal data at any time, in the app, or by emailing us.

Delete in the app

Open Lynx OP → Account → Delete my account. You're signed out immediately and your account is scheduled for deletion.

Or email us

Email info@site-lynx.co.uk from your registered email address. A real person replies, usually within one working day.

What gets deleted

Your personal account data, name, email, login credentials, and any photos or documents you uploaded, is permanently deleted within 7 days of your request.

What may be kept

If you use SiteLynx as part of a company account, your employer is the data controller for company records (snags, QA reports, RAMS, documents). We delete your personal access; the company controls retention of its records. We may also retain limited data where the law requires it.
